Rob is a brilliant piano teacher who taught me for roughly a year. We navigated our way through the pandemic continuing with lessons online and then back to the studio when this was appropriate. Robert is approachable, friendly and professional. He is clearly passionate about music which shines through and helps make an enjoyable learning experience and positive environment. He is extremely talented and his knowledge seems endless! Rob introduced me to a variety of different music which I really enjoyed and was keen to accommodate my requests as well. He is very good at explaining different concepts, techniques and music theory in a way which is easy to understand. I’d thoroughly recommend taking lessons from Rob.

Rob taught Kev [my grandson] for a considerable time, and he progressed very well indeed, despite Kev's personal issues and latterly covid restrictions as well. We were all sorry to lose Rob when he moved away.as good experienced and understanding tutors are not easy to find. Would totally recommend Rob to anyone looking for a piano tutor.

Rob is a patient, kind and incredibly talented teacher. Within the space of a few months, he transformed the way I approached the piano and gave me the confidence to believe in my ability after many years of not playing. I had played as a child and young adult, then stopped for 20 years. I was very nervous about returning to lessons and Rob did all he could to help me feel relaxed and positive about playing again. I cannot thank him enough for all he did for me!
My 11 year old daughter also had lessons with Rob and thoroughly enjoyed it, she progressed quickly and with confidence under his well-trained eye.
